Our company is in search of an experienced, energetic, reliable and resolution minded event coordinator
to assist as a seasonal event coordinator/manager on-site during two large scale holiday themed events
in downtown St. Louis commencing on October 7, 2021 and concluding on January 4, 2022. We produce a variety of events and are responsible for all aspects of the event from operations, entertainment,
event layouts, staffing, vendor management and production of the overall event experience and safety.

The event coordinator will be assisting the Event Producer and Managers in all areas.

Responsibilities
-On-site coordination of the vendor load-in and load-out schedule
-Assist in managing event staff and talent
-Overseeing staff and talent check-in and check-out procedures
- Coordinate costume and props/accessories inventory, maintenance and cleaning
schedule
-Ensure talent are properly in position and maintaining their character at all times during the show
-Ensure talent meals and beverages are delivered daily prior to talent arrival
-Ensure venue is event ready prior to doors opening
-Check various event spaces to make sure they are cleaned and fully stocked and all
decor is in place
-Monitor executive restroom trailers to make sure they are functioning properly, cleaned frequently and fully stocked with supplies

-Guest Experience
-Be fully aware of all Covid-19 protocols in place to ensure a safe guest experience
-Knowledgeable of all property activities and operating hours
-Ensure guests are aware of event timelines
-Assist in serving as guest traffic coordinator to ensure proper social distancing measures in place

-Troubleshooting
-Should a problem arise, event coordinator should be prepared to resolve solution or
find event manager to assist

-Client relations
-Demonstrate confidence in the task at hand and foster a positive relationship with the client via appropriate communication on-site

- Miscellaneous
-Manage the on-site office and supplies and replenish when necessary
-Assist with merchandise inventory load-in

Requirements
-Bachelors Degree preferred
-At least five years on-site experience as an event coordinator or manager
-Weekends and evenings are required for the October December (Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day off)
-Physical demands including; walking, standing for long periods of time and the ability to lift items up to 30 pounds
-Events are both indoor and outdoor, so working in the elements is required

Covid safety plan elements:
-Daily screenings that will be completed prior to on-site arrival by all company members
-Manadatory masking policy including all partons of theses events.
-Masks will be provided to all team members
-Cleaning teams will be on-site daily to clean attractions/dressing rooms/ and public areas throughout the events.
-Temperature checks upon arrival
- 6ft Social distanced pathes will be marked for patrons and our team will asked to social distance as much as possible.
-We will continue to evaluate our Covid-19 procedures to make sure we are ensuring our teams safety during these events.
