The Stage Operations Supervisor leads, manages and supervises the Stage Crew in the safe delivery and running of all physical elements of any given Guthrie production, in support of the directors and designers visions within the allotted time, budget, and scope of resources. The position provides vision and leadership for the department and facilitates internal and external communication. The Stage Operations Supervisor is expected to center, model and champion the Guthries core values of Artistic Excellence; Community; Equity, Diversity and Inclusion; and Fiscal Responsibility.

This position is full-time, exempt and benefits-eligible. Compensation for this position is $50,800 - $63,500 annually plus benefits. The typical schedule for this role will vary based on the dynamic schedule of a theater.
