The Sterling Renaissance Festival, a 35-acre wooded site containing Renaissance style buildings and open-air wooden amphitheaters, is a whimsical re-creation of an Elizabethan town; Warwick, circa 1585. There is a core company of 25 professional actors and staff, as well as 20 independent variety acts that bring 90+ interactive shows, scenarios, and lane environments to life, along with foods, pubs, crafts, games, and rides.

Production Stage Manager/Props Master duties include:

Coordinate rehearsal/workshop scheduling and logistics between staff, show directors, and cast of the Wyldewood Players (and Independent Acts as necessary). Stage Manage shows on Festival Stages of the Wyldwood Players and Independent Acts. Act as Prop Master: manage, design, and construct or purchase props for the Wyldewood Players. Supervise and maintain entertainment's use of Festival facilities including: Kitchen house, privy, campgrounds, actor housing, tiring house, and Festival stages and performance sites. Assist Technical Director with approved design and creation of scenic art and signage for performance related buildings, stages, or sets. Assist Technical Director with construction on, performance related buildings, stages, or sets. During performance days, assist Creative Director in coordinating performance schedule; greet media guests; and assist with emergency technical problems. Assist Company Manager in stage management of Festival promotional outings, as necessary.
