The Sterling Renaissance Festival, a 35-acre wooded site containing Renaissance style buildings and open-air wooden amphitheaters, is a whimsical re-creation of an Elizabethan town; Warwick, circa 1585. There is a core company of 25 professional actors and staff, as well as 20 independent variety acts that bring 90+ interactive shows, scenarios, and lane environments to life, along with foods, pubs, crafts, games, and rides.

Production Manager/Technical Director duties include:

Production Management of overall entertainment including the Wyldewood Players and Independent Performers.
Supervise all site-specific technical concerns for entertainers and actors. Supervise, and/or perform approved design and construction for performance stages and sets; creation of scenic art and signage for performance related buildings, stages, or sets. Coordinate technical needs of Independent Acts. Supervise the Props Manager and assist in properties coordination. Administrate the Festival petty cash budget for all technical and scenic expenses for entertainment. Assist Production Stage Manager in maintaining entertainment's use of Festival facilities. Stage Manage shows on Festival Stages as necessary. Supervise Sound Engineer completion of duties. During performance days, assist Creative Director in coordinating performance schedule. Assist Company Manager in stage management of Festival promotional outings, as necessary.
