Duties will include assisting with construction and painting of scenic elements for all events, load-in and strike for all events, hang and focus of theatrical lighting. Run crew duties as assigned. Ability to work on a ladder at a height of 16 feet or more is required. Ability to safely lift 50 lbs is required. Must be able to follow both written and oral directions. Must be able to work as part of a team in a very busy and fast paced environment. Painting, sewing, and welding skills are a plus. Applicants need to have completed one year of a college or professional theatrical training program before date of hire. Applicants must be available for the entire contract. All employees must comply with company policies regarding the wearing of PPE as mandated by local, state and federal guidelines. Contract dates are May 24 thru August 22. Salary: $200/week + room and board.
