Baltimore Center Stage is seeking a Business Assistant. The Business Assistant is responsible for the daily business operations of the theatre. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to accounts payable, banking, credit card management and assisting Business Manager particularly with specific accounting practices and workers compensation claims. Position is a direct report to the Business Manager.

Requirements: Associates or Bachelors degree in accounting/business or equivalent practical experience; working knowledge of Excel and Word; detail oriented, analytical, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of Abila/MIP and Tessitura a plus
