POSITION SUMMARY:
The Company Manager reports to the Production Coordinator and is responsible for travel, housing and hospitality for all guest artists including actors, designers, Directors and production company members. The position includes, but is not limited to, renting apartments, booking hotel rooms and airline tickets, orchestrating the furnishing, cleaning and maintenance for rented apartments, and will assist in contracting and casting in conjunction with the Production Coordinator. The Company Manager is the main point of contact for guest artist housing and transportation needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Arrange all guest artist travel, housing, and transportation.
Compile and send out actor packets including parking passes, itineraries, etc.
Serve as point-person for show/actor/stage management needs new-hire paperwork (parking passes, key cards, etc.), resources + supplies, managerial support, advisory council, etc.
Address all general needs of guest artists and act as liaison between artists and management.
Distribute and collect all employment paperwork (contracts, W-4s, bios, etc.).
Maintain excellent relationships with vendors (apartment managers, hotels, gyms, car rental companies, etc.).
Maintain and track budget items relating to all company members.
Arrange catering for tech rehearsals and two-show days for company members.
Assist the Production Coordinator in the auditioning, casting and contracting of all productions.
Serve as co-coordinator with Production Coordinator of the stage management team and collaborate in problem solving.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
Ability to lift 40lbs.

EDUCATION, LICENSURE, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree.
Experience in a professional theatre environment.
Stage Management and hospitality industry experience a plus.
Valid Drivers License, and use of an automobile required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong office, computer, written, verbal and detailed organizational skills required.
Personable, enthusiastic attitude required.
Evening and weekend availability required.
Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Apps skills required.

Supports guest artists and company members at-large
Collaborates and communicates with all administrative and production staff
