Pinnacle Production Group:
Pinnacle Production Group is an event production company specializing in touring family entertainment exhibits. We are currently seeking a Retail Manager to join our growing team. With a history of producing events attended by millions, this is a great opportunity to be part of a team whose responsibility it is to entertain guests on a national scale.

Specific Tasks:

The Touring Crew Member has some flexibility in how he/she approaches his/her job. However, the majority of tasks performed will be under the supervision of the Assistant Tour Manager. Examples of usual tasks assigned include:

Pre-tour Production
Works with production team to develop a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of how the show is intended to be presented to the public and what adjustments may be appropriate for adapting to local conditions.
Demonstrates the ability to unpack, setup, run, and pack up show equipment as in a safe manner, without damage, and to show-ready specifications.
Demonstrates an understanding of all safety rules and regulations.
Demonstrates the ability to work harmoniously and cooperatively with coworkers.

Meets with Assistant Tour Manager to discuss any adjustments required by local conditions.

Load-in (The unloading of trucks):
Works as pusher to safely, efficiently, and without damage move all equipment from the trailers to the show floor as directed by pointers.

Set up (Once all trucks are unloaded):
Works with his/her department and/or local staff to safely, efficiently, and without damage set up the amusement area and pipe and drape to show-ready condition.
Communicates any equipment damage to the Assistant Tour Manager.
Assists with maintenance and repairs as needed.

Show Days:
Assist with maintenance and repairs as needed.
Fill in as directed by Assistant Tour Manager

Works with his/her department and/or local staff to safely, quickly and without damage pack up event equipment in preparation of truck loading.

Load Out (Loading of the trucks):
Works as pusher to safely, efficiently, and without damage move all equipment from the show floor to the trailers as directed by department heads.

Duties as assigned

Weekly submits any financial items (petty cash reimbursement requests, credit card receipts, etc).
As needed, meets with the Assistant Tour Manager to relay any concerns or ideas for improvement.
As needed, assist other staff members with short term tasks or projects.
Other Tasks as assigned by the Assistant Tour Manager or Tour Manager

Knowledge + Abilities Required:

Knowledge of industry standards for transporting, setting up, running, and packing up touring theatrical/concert productions not required but preferred.

Ability to perform responsibilities and listed tasks under minimal supervision, recognizing when assistance is required.

Knowledge of cash handling standards.

Physical ability to climb stairs/ramps and stand/walk for extended periods of time (i.e. 12 hour days are not uncommon). Physical ability to walk among obstacles on floor. Physical ability to visually perceive color and details both close and far. Physical ability to hear and comprehend oral communications in English and provide oral communications in English. Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly and periodically lift up to 75 pounds.

Ability and willingness to obtain or has a current and valid drivers license.

Possessing a fork lift operators license is highly desirable but not required.

Fluency in Spanish highly desirable but not required.
