As an ambassador of Cirque du Soleil, you will be accountable to the President and CEO for the successful implementation of The Works Entertainments strategic goals and growth through astute operational and financial management. You will lead and monitors projects, budgets and contractual arrangements and makes day to day decisions to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the company, its activities, people and resources.

Your responsibilities will entail:
-Lead and manage the operations, productions and development of the wider team
-Negotiate and manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors/promoters and ensure compliance;
-Collaborate with the Finance Director in adhering to multiple international tax regulations and management reporting, budgeting etc.
-Develop and implement company policies, practices and strategies
-Undertake feasibility studies for future projects
-Effectively supervise the work of the Management, Creative, Producing and Production teams to ensure a seamless, successful realization of projects.
-Administer the operational planning and delivery of projects, including travel, accommodation, production, ground transport, artist scheduling, visas/immigration etc.

We want to meet you if you have:
-Entertainment background at the executive level with senior accountability;
-Proven and renowned negotiating and business development skills;
-Stellar strategic skills, an ability to identify insights and turn them into action plans
-Leadership and marked ability to exert influence on tactical and strategic levels;
-A passion for people, a knack for embracing change, as well as an engaging and mobilizing approach;
-Touring experience is an asset
-Integrity and observance of ethics and values;
-Availability to work outside of normal business hours;
-Willingness to travel as needed.
