The Head of Customer Experience, Sales, and Revenue will oversee all front of house operations for the large-scale touring tent show. The position coordinates the departments of Merchandise, Box Office, Concessions, and Hospitality. Qualified candidates will be customer facing and have and oversight on each departments quality and operations.

Directly reports to the Head of Touring.

Duties will include:
Supervision of the Merchandise, Box Office, Concessions, and Front of House departments, in conjunction with their department heads.
o Staffing (Ensuring theres an adequate amount of temp staff for every business unit)
o Setting up financial and qualitative objectives with the different departments.
o Weekly follow up with department heads to monitor progress or corrective actions to be taken.
Oversee cash flow and nightly settlements.
Coordinate with Production and General Management on a daily basis to maintain the structure of the customer experience.
o Monitor and guide employees on procedure and company values.
o Inventory of each department
o Crowd management and site cleanliness
Planification of set-up/tear-down schedule for each city transfer
VIP/Hospitality: Ensure daily that the service provided is top notch.
On site sponsor Activations
Ensure / oversee bank deposits.
Ensuring smooth parking operations with suppliers
Coordinate on-site delivery schedule with department heads and security
Planification of set-up/tear-down schedule for each city transfer

Employees will experience a fast-paced style of theatrical management and must be able to handle the tempo of day to day tasks.

Experience required:

Must have experience in each area and a strong leadership background.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience working in the field.
3-5 years of experience in staff management
Experience in ticketing, retail and or hospitality an asset.
