The Wardrobe Supervisor will be responsible for the overall execution and implementation of the running and maintenance of the costumes and puppets for the North American Touring Production of the musical stageplay FROZEN. This is a full-time traveling position on an IATSE Pink Contract.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintain the integrity of the costume design as established by the Costume Designer for the production.
Oversee and supervise the wardrobe and puppet run-crew.
Care for and properly maintain all costumes, puppets, shoes, undergarments, hats and costume-related personal props.
Work closely with Stage Management to ensure a smooth running of the show.
Oversee all aspects of the costume load-out and load-in for each market on tour.
Ensure the proper labeling, hanging, storage and preset of all costume pieces.
Create and execute a cleaning schedule for all garments, ensuring that laundry and dry cleaning are done on a regular basis between performances.
Ensure that all costumes are properly pressed or steamed prior to each performance.
Regularly inventory and inspect all costumes and coordinate all costume repairs.
4 years experience as a Wardrobe Supervisor (minimum two years on tour).
Excellent work ethic and management skills including but not limited to: time management, work flow management, self-motivation, diplomacy, and interpersonal and collaborative communication.
Ability to:
Organize and communicate information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Work in a detail oriented manner, be resourceful and flexible, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effectively problem solve and troubleshoot.
Face demanding situations with tenacity, diplomacy, and sensitivity under a lot of pressure.
Deal with high profile personalities.
Work collaboratively across all production departments to ensure a good working environment and the success of the show.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Work irregular hours, evenings, overtime, holidays and weekends as required.
