Youth America Grand Prix is a non-profit organization that hosts international ballet competitions around the world. It is considered the world's largest global network of competitive dance. We are looking to hire non-union crew members (Stage Managers, Assistant Stage Managers, Production Assistants, and Production Interns) to work backstage and front of house for our Final Competition in New York, at SUNY Purchase College on April 12th-17th 2019 and at Lincoln Center April 17th-20th.

Crew duties typically consist of ensuring all 1,000+ competitors arrive to the stage at their designated performance time, managing large groups of dancers, calling cues, hanging signs, giving directions to patrons, house/door managing and other production related tasks. We are seeking people with can-do attitudes who are able to find the positives in any situation, and work well in fast-paced environments. Experience in large scale events is recommend, but not mandatory.

We are actively hiring the following non-union positions

Stage Manager: 3+ Years of Professional Experience
Assistant Stage Manager: 2+ years of Professional Experience
Production Assistant: 1+ years of Professional/Collegiate Experience
