We are a rapidly growing Events Lighting + Technology Rentals and Production / Media Post Production Company seeking a Full Time Office Administrator.

Are you the one?

Responsibilities:
Answering the phone
Writing up invoices
Collect deposits and payments
Send payment reminders for balance due
Create invoices for corporate clients
Get signed contracts
QuickBooks experience
Accounts receivable / payable experience
Focused and highly self-motivated
Bookkeeping experience

Must be:
Obsessed with organization
Customer service oriented
Well-versed in administrative duties
Eager to wear "multiple hats"
Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
Unafraid of challenging situations
Comfortable in fast-paced environment
Tech saavy with social media (ex. fb, twttr, ig, lnkdin) and digital tools (ex. Microsoft Office, Dropbox, YousendIt).
