GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB FUNCTION
The Inventory Manager at Production Elements Inc (PEI) supervises the daily operations of our warehouses and crew, ensures facilities and equipment are in excellent operating order, provides oversight for all loading and unloading of active assets, complete with truck management and guarantees that material resources are readily available for operational and event needs. The Inventory Manager works closely with the Operations Manager along with warehouse personnel, carpenters, creative personnel, and Event Producers towards the preparation, implementation, and restock of assets used at our various events.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervise and direct PEI warehouse personnel in pre-event pull / prep processes to ensure best practices are applied.
This includes quality control inspection of goods for paint and repair needs, cleaning, and properly wrapping before items get loaded in trucks.
Schedule warehouse labor and manage all warehouse labor hours for payroll.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area in the warehouse at all times.
Proficient in the operation of a fork lift and a 16 and 24 box truck.
Ensure all crew are complying with safety standards when operating equipment such as fork lifts, scissor lifts etc. and reports all incidents to the Operations Manager.
Collaborates with Operations Manager to define project goals and deadlines throughout the day/week, meets weekly with OM to set these goals. Must communicate directly with relevant company personnel on any issues related to projects, installations, or other company events.
Manages all warehouse project goals + deadlines, daily.
Sources material needs and secures confirmation prior to purchasing
Assist Event Producers as needed with general inventory inquiries about size, count, location, quantity, condition, pricing and availability.
Maintain the warehouse and inventory so that goods are readily available at all times with minimal pull / prep effort.
Responsible for the fulfillment and execution of pull sheets once obtained from the Operations Manager. Retain truck load information as needed for recall and troubleshooting.
Will be required to lead/assist with truck loading/unloading and occasionally with on-site set up and strike crews when additional labor is needed to support certain events including nights and weekends.
Lead and direct the post event warehouse restocking so that it is completed in a timely and organized
Finalizes reports after each event has been restocked and turns them over to the Operations Manager and Event Producer for review and job t
Report and record all scenic and prop damages to Operations Manager immediately when found.
Ideal candidate will possess the following Qualifications:

+middot; Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

+middot; Works well under pressure

+middot; Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage multiple projects

+middot; Ability to drive a truck, and lift up to 50lbs

+middot; Available nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed

+middot; Bilingual (English/Spanish speaking)

Required experience:

COMPENSATION
This is a full-time position with incentives or special considerations given at times to offset heavy workloads or additional contributions outside of normal operating times. A competitive compensation package will be commensurate with skills and experience.
