This position is the face and coordinator of Actors Co-op business communications. This position will serve as the lead box office administrator, and as assistant to the PR Director and Executive Manager. Responsible for all box office processes including season subscriptions, individual ticket sales, third-party ticket sites and reconciling payments. As such, ACOC is responsible for keeping up to date on ticketing software (Seat Advisor Box Office) expertise, functionality and training. Maintains a system for organizing box-office window staff and production details, and processing weekly check requests and deposits. Coordinates Actors Co-op events and rehearsals through the FPCH main office, collects mail, membership dues, and assists with all donor, income, production, and other sales reports through SABO. Directly interacts with patrons, loyal subscribers, and other theatre industry professionals. Maintains a professional and pleasant demeanor with all guests and patrons- giving special attention and care to Co-op's long time subscribers. Part Time: 20 hrs a week. Must be available to work Monday-Thursday 11:00am-2:00pm, Friday 11:00-5:00pm. $15 an hour with a chance of an increase after the first 6 months.
