Job Summary:
The Audio/Video Technician is responsible for the advance coordination and onsite execution of all production aspects including, but not limited to: lighting, audio and video playback content, and cameras.

Essential Job Functions:
Collaborate with support staff within the organization in regard to the planning and successful execution of the Experience.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to regulate and improve the operation.
Assist with equipment analysis to identify possible areas for technical performance improvements and repairs, including IT equipment and software.
Ensure all recordings are cleared with appropriate Compliance Staff, before releasing content to management.
Assist with managing all A/V and IT equipment.
Assist with implementing and managing the set up and operation of all audio, video, and IT equipment onsite including cables, connectors, adapters, video recording media, and event production techniques.
Fulfillment of sponsorship obligations via video and graphic content.
Responsible for following and administering the rules, regulations and guidelines set forth by Feld Entertainment, Inc. best practices as they pertain to the Experience.
Must have basic knowledge of Trolls Brand.

Job Requirements:
Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
Q-SYS Level 1 Certification and Level 2 preferred.
Must have at least 1 year experience as an A/V Technician in an amusement park, museum, retail, arts, live event, or hospitality setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Knowledge of Playback Pro, Photoshop, and Final Cut Editing Software.
Knowledge of Mac and Windows OS.
Knowledge of a DMX Lighting Rig System.
Must have some experience with 70 volt systems.
Must have knowledge of moving lighting console, preferably ETC Ion.
Must be able to use a multimeter and electronic test equipment.
Ability to hang and troubleshoot speakers.
Must be able to troubleshoot basic power issues in all technical areas.
Excellent time management; must possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Superior customer service.
Ability to work under pressure with a heightened sense of urgency.
Ability prioritize duties for effective and successful events.
Availability to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends dependent upon business demands.
Must be dedicated, reliable, and punctual.
Demonstrate positive and professional behavior towards clients and co-workers at all times.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be a team player.
