Positon Summary:
Prepare, load-in, strike, and load-out of tour sound and video equipment during the technical rehearsals and the run of Childrens Theatre production of Seedfolks to eleven venues. Maintain and repair of related tour equipment. Supervise and work with venue crews of varying ability and experience for load-in and strike. Operate sound console and video playback computer during technical rehearsals and performances. Work with the other touring personnel to ensure consistency and safety of the daily tour operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Previous touring experience and proven skills working with crews of varying ability.
Experience with projection equipment and video playback software.
Ability to adapt to varying quality and quantity of the sound systems found in each of the tour venues.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems creatively.
Possess good people and communication skills.
Constant standing, sitting, reaching, crouching, bending, and frequent lifting and carrying of up to 100 pounds.
Hours vary as dictated by the tour schedule which complies with the Collective Bargaining Agreements between Actors Equity Association, IATSE and Childrens Theatre Company.
Must be a member, or be willing to become a member of IATSE by February 16, 2018, and pay all dues and per capita to maintain membership in good standing.
A valid drivers license with clean record and ability to drive a 26 truck
