Leverage proprietary data to identify key brands and products that will maximize revenue and liaise with procurement to ensure consistency between inventory and marketing campaigns
Collaborate and share current product needs with our Customer Service team so they can help guide sellers on what to send in based on real-time demand
Plan and manage regular in-house and professional photo and video shoots to build a library of beautiful and inspiring product images and videos for use across a variety of marketing channels, from on-site oversight to budget, location scouting/selection, model sourcing/booking, fitting, styling models and a variety of products, mannequins, boards and tabletops
Partner with our Site Marketing Manager to develop Collections featuring various looks and styles on Swap.com for every season and customer type (Womens, Mens, and Kids)
Based on customer insights and consumer trends, collaborate with marketing team to create compelling special offer campaigns, selecting items from inventory and providing insight on pricing
Ramp up our seller marketing channel by engaging and educating consignors on how to be successful on Swap.com in a compelling manner that aligns with the goals of our business
Perform competitor and market analysis, on an ongoing basis, by researching trends in color, materials and styles for future fashion-focused emails and segmented targeting
Develop trend-based outfitting, seasonal accessory plans and dressing programs for review with merchandising and marketing team
Working with the internal public relations team and agency, develop a comprehensive and large-scale micro-influencer initiative that extends our current digital media and influencer program by integrating Swap.com into relevant online conversations about thrifting, fashion, sustainable shopping, etc. with the goal of recruiting an engaged network/community of brand ambassadors
Support public relations team by styling various models and/or mannequins for TV segments, special events and photo and video shoots
Act as fashion and stylist spokesperson for select media interviews
