ILC has an opening for a Sales Support Representative. This is a great opportunity for a technician to make the jump into a sales role with a growing company.
Provides sales support to Account Executives:
Quote generation modification and processing
Coordination with project management and operations
Prospecting and lead development
All other admin support duties as assigned for sales.
Processes all orders and supports customer with information such as tracking.
Manages invoicing at the direction of the AE.
Answers all un-assigned inbound telephone calls and routes to the correct AE or department.
Manages accounts, contacts, cases and sales leads in the Salesforce.com system
Maintains the sales KPI worksheet and other sales reports as needed.
Participates in the lead generation and qualification process.
Attends the weekly sales meeting and weekly staff meetings as needed.
All other duties as assigned.
Skills + Requirements:
Excellent organizational and skills.
Expert communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Experience with MS Office Products, HireTrack, R2, Quickbooks and Quoteworks recommended.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and highly professional customer facing communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines as assigned.
