Lead Stagehand

Working in a variety of team and goal oriented environments, from indoor and outdoor live musical events, theater and dance production, to corporate and large room meetings. Build customer relationships by working closely with customers to determine their equipment and labor needs. Communicate tactfully and courteously with patrons, clients, and other visitors whom I meet.
Supervise the AV support during the events, through organizing work groups, assigning tasks, leading and motivating employees, and evaluating employee performance.
Stage hand position with responsibilities of all stage components to include loading and unloading trucks, setting up and disassembly of stage sets plus equipment involving musical instruments; audio and lighting instrument installation as well as any other tasks required by the client.
Emphasis on stage and room lighting that includes fixture placement either truss or ground, focus. Basic Hog 4 light console operations (patch and address).
