Four years of work in the costume shop at Muhlenberg College building costumes for at least six shows per year, and learning pattern drafting, draping, and advanced domestic and insudtrial sewing machine techniques; also did wardrobe run crew for a number of shows, designed one mainstage and two student productions, and was head of wig crew for the wig-heavy show "Wig Out". Four months as an intern at the Washington National Opera assisting with building and alterations on various costumes for two Operas, and assisting with crafts and millinery on one opera. One season as an apprentice stitcher and dresser at the Santa Fe Opera building and altering costumes during the day and running shows at night as a principle men's dresser and a women's chorus dresser.
